Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that planning a wedding can lead to many questions.  To better assist you during the planning process, we have provided answers to many common questions.  Of course, our entire team is always available to help you with any questions or requests you may have. 

Q. Can I hold the date?
A. The hotel will allow you to hold a specific date for a (2) two week timeframe, at that time, if we have not heard from you the space will be released.  In order to secure the date we require a signed contract and deposit. 

Q. What deposit is required?
A.  A deposit of $1,000.00 is required with the signed contract to secure your date.    The contract will then outline the additional payment schedule. 

Q.  What is the Food and Beverage minimum?
A.  Separate from a room rental fee, venue spaces have a minimum amount in food and beverage that we require to be spent before tax and service charge.  Should the minimum not be meet, the additional revenue needed will be charged as room rental.     

Q.  When can I set up for my event?
A.  You may set-up for your event (2) Two hours prior to the start of your event.  However, please check with your wedding coordinator to confirm your actual time. 

Q.  Can you recommend a Photographer, DJ or florist?
A.  We have a number of professional that share our dedication to excellence that you can view on our preferred vendors page.

Q. Can I select a vendor, such as a florist, DJ or photographer that is not on your recommended list?
A. Yes, you may select a list of vendors not placed on our recommended list, however please be aware, that some vendors do not embrace our quality standards, therefore they are subject to our vendor policies.

Q. I have a guest with special dietary needs – what do I need to do?
A.
Simply just let us know what dietary restriction is (ex:  vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free) and we will be happy to prepare a meal for them. 

Q. When can I drop off my items such as place cards, favor etc….
A. We ask that you deliver you items 2 business days prior to the event.  However do to our limited storage, please check with your wedding coordinator to ensure that we have space to accept your items.
